Job Description

- Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their requirements and provide detailed product information about glasses, hardware, and related products.

- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences, suggesting complementary or upgraded items where appropriate.

- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details. Follow up with clients to confirm orders and payment statuses.

- Prepare and send quotations to customers, negotiating prices and terms as needed to close sales while maintaining company profitability.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability. Notify customers of backorder situations and manage special requests.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, after-sales service, and prompt handling of any inquiries or concerns.

- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report on progress towards sales targets to the management team.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company, ensuring consistent sales growth and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on the latest products, trends, and technologies in the glass and hardware industry, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.

- Address customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Work closely with other team members, including the sales and marketing departments, to implement promotional campaigns and drive sales.

- Ensure that all sales documentation, including invoices, delivery receipts, and sales contracts, are properly maintained and filed.
