Key Responsibilities:

Technology Management:

Oversee the maintenance and management of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Ensure the security and integrity of the office's data and IT infrastructure.

Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to office staff.

Manage the IT helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Coordinate with external vendors for specialized IT support and services.

Project Management:

Lead and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, network improvements, and software implementations.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify opportunities for technology enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect against data breaches and cyber threats.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

years of experience in IT management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.

Experience with project management and IT budgeting.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Relevant certifications (., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.

Knowledge of database management and data analytics.

Familiarity with enterprise resource plan
