Job Summary: The Influencer Manager is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance the brand's visibility, increase engagement, and drive sales. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media, influencer trends, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Strategy Development:

o Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

o Identify and target key influencers across various social media platforms to promote the brand.

2. Relationship Building:

o Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators.

o Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.

3. Campaign Management:

o Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns to ensure they meet objectives and KPIs.

o Coordinate content creation and approval processes with influencers and internal teams.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

o Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns.

o Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign results to optimize future efforts.

5. Content Collaboration:

o Work closely with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

o Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

6. Budget Management:

o Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

o Monitor expenses and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.

7. Trend Analysis:

o Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

o Incorporate new trends and innovative approaches into influencer strategies.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Collaborate with other marketing team members, including social media, content, and PR teams, to integrate influencer efforts into broader marketing initiatives.
