Job Summary
the Manager – Sales Will Be Responsible for Operationalizing the Company's Marketing and Sales Strategies. He Will Be Responsible for Identifying Opportunities for the Assigned Key Accounts, Evaluating Their Challenges and Converting such Leads, Under the Guidance and in Consultation with the Key Account Manager. He Will Coordinate At the Tactical and Operational Levels, with the other Functions of the Company.
responsibilities and Duties
1. Identify and Generate New Business Opportunities in the Industrial Sector, with Respect to the Assigned Key Accounts and Considering the Portfolio of Products and Services of the Company.
2. Responsible for Ensuring Achievement of Annual Targets for ‘order Booking’ and ‘revenue’.
3. Accountable for Timely Preparation and Submission of Qualitative Responses to Inquiries/ Bids/ Offers for Product Supply.
4. Oversee Order Fulfillment and Ensure Timeliness of Deliverable, in Collaboration with the Supply Chain Function.
5. Undertake Periodic and Planned Customer Visits, to Identify Challenges of the Customers and to Recommend Solutions (. Products And/ or Services).
6. Monitor Receivables and Ensure Timely Collection of Payments from Customers.
7. Responsible for Resolving Customer Complaints, Under the Guidance of the Key Account Manager.
8. Ensure Timely Generation and Submission of Management Reports.
9. Assist in the Development and Utilization of Marketing Material, Including Website, Social Media Pages, Print Material and other Digital Marketing Media.
