Minimum 3-5 years heading a MED team demonstrating technical accomplishments and managerial & leadership attributes

Knowledge and hands-on experience of:

Product & manufacturing process

Core Tools (AIAG)

Tooling

Basics of Metallurgy

Industrial Engineering

Higher order problem solving & statistical tools

New Mfg. technologies

Basics of costing

LPS and implementation skills (incl. Layout concepts)

Engineering drawings

Analytical skills.
