Roles and Responsibility
• Performs Methods engineering analysis including data analytics, simulation, and time and motion studies.
• Used Applied Materials software (Simulation and other propriety applications) to develop models to automated the process of data analytics
• Used advanced Excel, R and Python scripting for preparing scoring template and for scoring the customer's data using Applied repositories and FV KB
• Participate in productivity improvement studies in related to effective and efficient use of assets and production processes. May provide cost analysis and return on investment calculations associated with project selection.
• Measure plant and equipment capacity output.
• Supports the identification of equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position has the education and experience in both IE and data analytics. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in working in manufacturing facility (preferable Semiconductor) doing IE work to improve performance of the factory and equipment (Output, OEE, Cycle Time, Cost). The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in data analytics. Preferred experience working with simulation software and knowledge of Visual Basic.
