The Industrial Automation Engineer will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for developing and implementing PLC programs, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze technical requirements, design and document solutions, and provide effective recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• PLC Program Development: Develop and implement Siemens PCS7 PLC programs to meet project requirements.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

• Technical Analysis: Analyze technical requirements and project specifications to design effective automation solutions.

• Solution Design: Design and implement solutions that meet industrial automation and control system requirements, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system design, specifications, and user manuals.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, electrical engineers, and clients, to ensure project success.

Relevant Skills:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in Siemens PCS7 PLC programming.

• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.

• Ability to perform in-depth technical analysis to design effective solutions.

• Capability to design and document industrial control system solutions.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• BE- Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

• 5-6 yrs of experience in Siemens PCS7 programming and industrial automation.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with industry standards & safety regulation
