Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Curry Commi1 to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a variety of curry dishes and Continental cuisines, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of Indian curry dishes according to standard recipes.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Assist in inventory management and stock control of ingredients.

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Indian and Continental cuisine.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.

Basic knife skills and food preparation skills.

Creativity and a passion for cooking.
