Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and caring Cook (Male/Female) to prepare healthy, hygienic, and tasty food for senior citizens staying at our elder care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Cook South Indian and basic North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals (as per dietary needs).

Ensure hygienic preparation and storage of food.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and utensils.

Plan and prepare daily menus as per elder-friendly diet.

Manage kitchen inventory and report requirements.

Serve food on time and in a caring manner suitable for elderly residents.

Handle any special dietary needs (soft food, diabetic-friendly, low salt, etc.).

Key Skills Required:

Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine (Idly, Dosa, Sambar, Rasam, Poriyal, Kootu, etc.).

Ability to prepare food suitable for elders (soft, easily digestible).

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety.

Polite and caring attitude toward elderly people.

Ability to manage time and work independently.

Qualifications:

Education: No formal education required if cooking skills are good.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience preferred (Freshers with good cooking skills may also apply).

Gender: Male or Female candidates can apply.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: Starting from ��15,000 per month (based on experience and skill).
