The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and be passionate about food and cooking.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook ( Indian cuisine dishes ) according to the menu and recipe specifications.

2. Assist the Head Chef in developing new menu items.

3. Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

4. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.

5. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area.

6. Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.

7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

8. Assist with the planning and execution of special events and functions.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role ( Cooking Indian Food )

2. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

simultaneously.

4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

5. Passion for food and cooking.

6. Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
