Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Indian Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment

- In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary techniques and ingredients, with a focus on regional cuisines

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Certification in food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
