Roles and responsibilities:
• Coordinating with the applicants, schedule the calls for interviews and meetings
• Helping in all the background processes while application process is on which
including helping in sending out emailers, emails, social media posts and follow ups
• Working closely with Program Lead and helping in all the background operations of
selection process which including helping in sending out emailers, emails, social
media posts and follow ups.
• Assisting team in updating the status of every applicant on ZOHO platform
Required Experience and Skills:
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Good documentation skills.
• Eye for detailing.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Fluency in conversational English and Hindi.
• Good written skills in English.
• Working knowledge about social media will be an added advantage.
