Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales:
1) Answer incoming calls from potential customers in the UK.
2) Understand customer needs, promote our products/services, and convert inquiries into sales.
Product Knowledge:
1) Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits.
2) Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Sales Conversion:
1) Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
2) Handle objections with professionalism and persuasive skills.
Customer Relationship Management:
1) Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and rapport-building.
2) Address customer inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:
1) Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services.
2) Maximize revenue generation through strategic sales approaches.
Adherence to Processes:
1) Follow established sales processes and ensure accurate documentation of customer information in the CRM system.
2) Provide feedback on process improvements.
Quality Assurance:
1) Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
