We are seeking experienced Inbound Call Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least -1 years of experience in inbound call handling and possess a graduation degree. As an Inbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing incoming calls
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
- Documenting all call information in the CRM system
- Upselling products or services when appropriate
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
Requirements:
- -1 years of experience in inbound call handling
- Graduation degree-Btech/BE IT/BSC IT/BCA
-Salary 21k ctc
