Job Description

1. Collaborating with clients to understand their import requirements and provide consultation on import procedures, regulations, and documentation.

2. Coordinating with overseas agents and suppliers to ensure timely collection and delivery of goods.

3. Managing the entire import process including booking, shipping, documentation, and customs clearance.

4. Liaising with customs authorities to ensure compliance with import regulations and obtain necessary permits and licenses.

5. Verifying and reviewing import documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading to ensure accuracy and completeness.

6. Calculating and processing duties, taxes, and other import fees to ensure accurate billing and timely payment.

7. Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery and managing any delays or issues that arise during the import process.
