Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Checking and responding to emails from customers

2. Preparation and processing of Import Documentation

3. Analyse the documents as per SOPs and take action as needed

4. Preparation and Submission of checklist of documents to clients as required.

5. Online submission on government portals such as ICEGATE

6. Tracking online shipment status as needed.

7. Co-ordinating with all branch offices to facilitate and support the day-to-day activities.

8. Reporting the daily statement of all clients to his/her seniors.
