Job Description

K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for Import documentation executive as follows:

Managing documents: Overseeing import documentation to ensure its accuracy and completeness

Coordinating with customs: Working with customs brokers to facilitate the clearance of goods

Monitoring shipments: Tracking import timelines and monitoring shipments to prevent delays

Preparing reports: Preparing a daily status report of imports

Communicating with clients: Maintaining regular communication with clients and updating them on the status of their shipment

Negotiating terms: Negotiating terms and pricing with suppliers to optimize costs

Preparing checklists: Preparing checklists on Visual Impex

Tracking shipments: Tracking shipments and doing vessel/airline inquiries

Maintaining compliance: Ensuring that compliance and KYC documents are maintained in an organized manner

Preparing documents for bill of entry: Preparing documents for bill of entry compliances

Tracking bill of entry: Tracking and following up with banks or finance for pending bill of entry
