Job Description

Be technically savvy, understand client requirements and document them as per defined process

 Be able to carry out product customizations at the client site during product implementation phase

 Train client resources to use the product being deployed. Training should focus on the product features and

customization done for them.

 Be able to handle post implementation activities such as resolving technical and functional issues and

performing knowledge transfer to his/her peers

 Be polite to the clients and handle every situation with utmost care and keep their reporting managers

informed of their daily activities during implementation phase

 Ensure adherence to defined processes based on the work assigned

 Have good communication skills (English and Regional language - Written and Oral)

 Have good inter-personal skills
