The Marketing Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing client projects and fully leveraging the capabilities of HubSpot. Working closely with cross-functional teams; designers, copywriters, project managers, and the client strategy team, this role will implement all programmatic, creative, and operational initiatives. This person will have a strong foundation in marketing platform strategy, and automation, and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is technical, semi-creative, organized, results-driven, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for digital marketing software and integrations.
What you'll do
Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including creative build, persona segmentation (list building), testing, and deployment.
Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
Work with clients to define KPIs, create reports, build dashboards, and analyze campaign performance. Provide recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
Support essential marketing operations initiatives in different marketing automation platforms, such as managing the lifecycle stages, lead scoring, contact nurturing, segmentation, email automation, and data hygiene.
