A Subject Matter Expert in EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) / B2B (Business to Business
Integration) domains and expected to lead customer engagements.
Typical Job responsibilities would include:
Analysing the customer's Integration Requirements
Onboarding customers & trading Partners
Creates communication setups
Configuration of document navigation flows and testing
Completion of deployment in Test and Production
Lead and mentor other Subject Matter Experts
Works with Customers & Trading Partners, Project Executives, Sales and stakeholders
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 4-10 Years of experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) / B2B Implementations.
Ability to Analyze, design, and implement EDI transactions
Familiarity with various EDI Standards like ANSI, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, etc.,
Experience working in Production B2B Systems, ensuring error-free implementations
Primary point of contact for Implementation using Sterling B2B Solution deployed on SaaS.
Ability to Work independently with customers, suppliers, sales, and business.
Ability to Manage/coordinate EDI onboarding including Basic project planning.
Ability to Setup, test and manage new migration upgrades to Go-Live

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Good Experience in EDI document tracking and maintaining trading partner relationships and
setups.
Ability to work with regional customers and drive adoption.
Responsible for troubleshooting of all EDI transaction errors.
Strong customer service skills and proven ability to work with internal support and externally with
customers.
Strong Communication and Soft skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Demonstrated in-depth experience with EDI software infrastructure, mapping business
procedures, and data communication systems.
Perform support and troubleshooting tasks for multiple business applications.
