KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
�� Customize the application to meet specific customer needs.
�� Develop templates according to customer specifications.
�� Address and resolve technical / non-technical issues raised.
�� Documentation of project and to collaborate with the internal teams to track progress.
�� Deploy solutions for customers through application configuration.
�� Ensuring the functionality and performance of the chatbot implementation.
�� Provide customer support by addressing inquiries about the application and adjusting
processes as needed.
�� Undertake additional tasks or projects as necessary.
�� Keep abreast of product features and updates.
