Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
-Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
-Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
-Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
-Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
-Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements:
- With demonstrated experience in sales, consulting
- Target-driven and sales-focused mindset. Must be prepared to meet all sales targets and other requirements (per the requirements of the company).
- Must be able to deliver a high level of professional service while working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- You must be adept with the Google Workspace apps, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, video conferencing apps, and phone dialers.
- Must be knowledgeable in creating email templates, email marketing, facilitating video conferencing or presentation, and managing client information
- Excellent understanding of various marketing and sales methods, negotiating techniques, and customer retention principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be sociable, optimistic, and eager to learn and develop.
- Must be driven, energetic, and able to collaborate well with others.
- Great communication abilities, expressive skills, and interpersonal competencies.
