Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

Making outbound calls to either “warm” or “hot” leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up

Provide professional consultation to high net-worth clients.

Perform sales pitch to interest prospects and close them on the spot
