Immigration Office Assistant required -- EAST DELHI , PATPARGANJ .

Salary: ?15,000 - ?35,000 a month (based on experience)

Qualification: Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: LG -25 ,Pankaj Central Market, . Extension,

Near IPEX Bhavan ,Patparganj , East Delhi.

Job Description:

Perform initial assessment of information and/or documents.

Provide information, guidance, and support to clients regarding the immigration process.

Manage the application process, including collecting documents, working with immigration forms, and drafting required documents.

Provide continuous support to clients until the commencement of case processing.

Maintain quality communication with clients by responding to email inquiries and phone calls.

Determine and establish office procedures and routines.

Skills required:

Efficient phone etiquette and Email etiquette.

Good learning and presentation skills.

Good Communication Skills

Office Management and scheduling.

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of similar experience in the field of the Immigration Industry is preferred. However, any other candidate with front office or service industry experience can also apply .
