Job Description:-

· Counselor for Permanent residency to Canada & Australia

· Ability to explain various visa process, helping the clients to understand the immigration procedure for Canada.

· Handle client over the phone, Emails, and face to face counseling

· Update the client about immigration information like their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility, and their chances of immigration.

· Interact with professionals/clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.

Provide updates to clients via emails and phone calls.

Give clear and accurate information based on current immigration & visa laws & policies.

Making outbound calls to either “warm” or “hot” leads provided & solve the queries regarding Visas.

Should have sales experience in Visa and Immigration industry

Location – Bangalore.

Qualification - Graduate.

Requirements:-

Experienced / Freshers can apply.

Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counseling.

Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Familiarity with computers and the internet.
