Job Description: Immigration Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

Counselling for Permanent Residency:

Provide guidance on Work Permits, Jobseeker visas, etc., for countries like Canada, Australia, etc.

Explain Visa Processes:

Explain various visa processes to help clients understand immigration procedures based on current laws and policies.

Advice on Overseas Options:

Offer advice on overseas options to enable candidates and their families to make informed decisions.

Assigned Referrals:

Call potential customers through daily leads, secure appointments, and maintain a proactive approach.

Profile Evaluation:

Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of candidates' profiles.

Global Career Strategy:

Develop and provide a personalised global career strategy tailored to the candidates' needs.

Customer Service:

Achieve excellent customer service by responding proactively to client queries and advising customers on their immigration and visa needs.

Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to warm or hot leads, answering questions and signing up interested clients.

Professional Consultation:

Provide professional consultation to high net-worth clients.

Sales Pitch and Targets:

Perform sales pitches to interest prospects, close deals, and meet assigned targets.

Skills Required:

Experience:

Previous experience in immigration consultancy, student visa counselling, sales, and university selection for Canada.

Knowledge:

Describe different visa application processes, benefits, and special offers. Identify correct prospects based on eligibility standards.

Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain client relationships. Regularly follow up on inquiries.

Goal Achievement:

Achieve monthly targets with effective pipeline management.

Flexibility:

Undertake any added responsibility assigned by superiors to enhance skills.

Counselling:

Provide counselling to candidates based on their eligibility and requirements.
