Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their visa needs and provide tailored guidance.

Application Support: Assist clients in completing visa applications accurately and efficiently.

Document Assistance: Help clients gather and organize the necessary documents for their applications.

Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about the latest visa regulations and policies for various countries.

Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to answer questions and provide updates on their application status.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in visa counseling or related fields is a plus.

Familiarity with visa processes for different countries.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
