Roles and Responsibilities

Providing assistance for the different visa processes & steps for Canada PR Visa, Student Visa & Tourist Visa

Consult over the phone who are seeking Canada/Australia Immigration

Clear all doubts about process & Identify sales prospects

Maintain a daily follow-ups

Provide information, guidance and support to clients regarding the immigration process

Register and retain prospective clients for the organization

Acquisition of new Clients & follow-up with existing ones.

Advise clients on creating profitable processes

Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

Present market immigration services to current potential clients.
