IELTS Trainer

FLINT is looking for a talented IELTS trainer with experience delivering in-person classes, who is passionate about teaching, and who adopts a student-centered approach.

The candidate will bring a positive, energetic, and very outgoing approach with a huge desire to teach and develop professionally. You must be open to new methods, resources, and approaches, and be enthusiastic and inspiring.

Previous IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE teaching experience as well as an IELTS certificate would be a huge asset.

Requirements:

University Degree or Diploma in related fields such as English, History, Math, Business, Economics, or Science (chemistry, biology, physics)

IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or other related subject teaching/tutoring experience,

Established proficiency in the subject matter. Able to work with small groups or individual students one-on-one.

Energetic and passionate about teaching; strong communication and mentoring skills when interacting with students

Reliable and committed to the agreed-upon work schedule

Other duties course development and teaching slide designing.

Cooperative and open to constructive feedback

Previous Employer reference required.
