Lead meetings with business users to fine tune the user stories and define requirements scope

- Work with offshore team to provide clarifications of requirements and to co-ordinate the work progress

- Work with different vendors and teams including client teams to manage communication, reviews, artifacts walkthrough, etc

- Provide effort estimates for defined scope of work

- Read the existing design documents and analyze the configuration as needed to understand the existing functionality and the changes needed to fixenhance it

- Develop Maximo solution design documents for the requirements as needed

- Build and Unit Test Maximo components for the user stories

- Prepare or review Migration packages, associated Management of Change (Migration) documents and oversee migration of components in higher environments

- Sanity Test migrated changes in QA environments
