The Hygiene Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, conducting inspections, developing SOPs, training staff, conducting audits, and maintaining relevant documentation. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.
