I am responsible for overseeing the following over 2 years of experience including as a hydraulic technician in industries including commercial.

Inspected and tested components, assembly and hydraulic.

Verified part numbers and placed parts inappropriate shipping container.

Supervisory: -Recognized and reported defective material and equipment to shift supervisor.

Resolve & Monitoring all equipment( alba,gearbox,motor,pump,conveyor and hydraulic problems).

Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.

Ensure mechanical operations,standards and controls are maintained at high quality.

Use handtools like powertools and rigging equipment daily.

Planning of shutdown activity.

Work all shifts flexibly when job demands.

Machine Maintenance(preventive,predictive & breakdown)of all types equipment.

Planning and executing periodic preventive checks to assess the health of all equipment to attain 100% availability of all machines.

Working with manufacturing controlplan,OMS,SOE,SOP.

Plan for all Production Machine & Mechanical spares management.

Breakdown,Preventive,predictive Maintenance,TPM,5s.
