Technical Requirements:

• 8-10+ years’ experience as an DevOps engineer in an eCommerce environment(s)

• Hands on experience with installation, upgrade, and support of SAP Commerce/Hybris/Solr and DataHub

• Must experience with DevOps - build, deploy, CI/CD pipeline (release process)

• Hands on experience with Windows on VMWare and Linux(nice to have) environments, Tomcat, Bamboo and Load balancer and firewall configurations

• Shell scripting (Shell, Perl, PowerShell, etc.)

• Experience with the build & deployment processes with Bamboo, code quality tools like Sonar

• Provide first level of support for Production issues and collaborate with Architect/Tech lead

• Familiarity with Splunk and Dynatrace for investigating or monitoring problems on systems

• Familiarity with MS SQL database

• Good working knowledge of change control and version control processes using source code control tools, specifically Bitbucket/Git/JIRA.

• Azure DevOps skills such as Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts, and integration processes into external systems.

Business Acumen:

• Be able to work closely with a tight knit group of developers

• Experience in large/complex and agile environments

• Be able to identify and manage risks while delivering quality software on schedule

• Analyze requirements, collaborate with architect and leads to produce thoughtful deployment strategy and make sure standards are maintained across your code

• Participate in technical assessment, scoping and management of changes to the DevOps processes based on new business requirements, product enhancements and other change requests

• Collaborates with other client domain experts, such as Infrastructure, Database, and Middleware, as the team develops features and platform enhancements

• Capable of leading and contributing to technical discussions

• Educate technical staff on relevant operational best-practices

• Follow guidance from Development team architects on new functionality/features being
