Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing technical expertise in HVAC systems, and achieving sales targets through effective solutions. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and skilled in customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell HVAC systems and services to new and existing clients.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using technical expertise in HVAC systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and contracts.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations.
Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot issues as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
