Hvac Project Engineer (Full Time)

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an HVAC Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC installations, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and providing technical guidance to the project team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to solve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities.

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure HVAC systems are installed per design specifications and local codes.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any design or installation issues.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project.

Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues and failures.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and change orders.

Conduct final inspections and commissioning of HVAC systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as an HVAC Site Engineer or similar role in HVAC installation projects.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation techniques.

Familiarity with HVAC design standards and local building codes.

Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and HVAC design software (., AutoCAD, Revit MEP).

Certification or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
