Hvac Foreman Perform Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Help & Support His Team and Improvement Efforts in the Department to Increase the Performance. Know Ppm Assigned Correctly & Perform Corrective Tasks Completely in Time. Take Care of the Quality of Their Work. Report Defects, Issues, Breakdowns, Damages to Fault Reporting to Supervisor and Engineer, Follow the Preventive Maintenance Schedule. Report Any Spare Part Requirements and Availability. Follow all Instructions as Given By the Supervisor. Take Care of the Tools, Test Tools and Equipment. Performs other Related Duties as Assigned. Comply with the Company Standards Specifically Work Related Issues. Comply with Permit to Work Procedures, Quality and in General all the Relatives of Hse. Follow the Rules and Regulations from the Client. Knowledge of Refrigerant Piping (5/8 to 2 Copper Pipe and Insulation. Install Duct Systems with Optimal Air Flow and Return Ducting. Knowledge in Testing and Commissioning. Fully Skilled in Braze and Weld. Wiring of Controls and Line Voltage from the Main Panel Basic Knowledge in Hvac Control Wiring. Commercial Package Unit Installation. Installation of Fan Coils and Ahu.
