RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Depending upon the level of position and compensation negotiated, the candidate may have to handle most of the following responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for professionals, interns, and volunteers
-Launch campaigns for enlisting volunteers [Ambassadors] in campuses and corporates
-Prepare User/Operational manuals, policy documentation, and correspondence templates
-Work on popularizing SPRAT's science and nature workshops and seminars, adult literacy programs, environment-friendly recreation facilities, online resources, and higher-learning institutions
-Assist in fundraising and CSR (corporate social responsibility) mobilization
-Assist in managing, promoting, and monitoring SPRAT's digital platforms and generate leads for potential collaborations and sponsors
-Sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates as per recruitment process, Multi-tasking experience, Skilled in headhunting using various social networking sites, Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and implement the Firms policies efficiently.
-Take preliminary Interviews and facilitate induction, training & development
-Additionally in free time attending to admin and house-keeping or Content writing or Promotions.
Education and Knowledge:
- Any Graduate/Post graduate
- Necessary Skills: Inter-personal Communication, Proficiency in MS Office, Excellent GK, and correct Written English. Prior HR experience is preferred for HRO and necessary for HRM.
Experience:
- 1-3 year’s experience in skilled recruitment / administration
- Skilled in head hunting using social media
Miscellaneous:
- Preferred Skills: Liaison, Coordination, Event Management, Email Marketing.
- Must have left-secular and scientific temperament.
