- Understanding the Active requirement.
- Sourcing profiles from the available databases like job portals, head hunting and through references.
- Screening candidates using different HR tools.
- Short - listing the candidates/submittals matching the requirement.
- Sending short listed profiles for Technical Team for review.
- Interacting with the candidates for scheduling of interviews.
- Follow - up with the candidates till their date of joining.
- Generate reference from the selected candidates.
- Maintaining JD/JS for every position in company.
- Create KRA/KPI for all candidate & schedule reporting date.
- 4D PMS measurement every quarter for every employee of company.
- Create & update rules if require.
- Develop SOPs
- Must have knowledge about labor law according to different place.(PF, ESIC, .. etc)
- Periodic Employee engagement activities.
- Planning of yearly appraisal cycle.
- Ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the assigned vertical to be done within due TAT
- Carry out the talent acquisition (recruitment) as per the pre-decided manpower requirements
- Carry out the negotiation with the candidate
- Ensure the release of offer letter within due TAT post checking of desired documentations.
- Facilitate the joining of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining.
- Maintain the daily reports related to talent acquisition.
- Act as a SPOC for the assigned vertical and take care of the queries of employees.
- Perform other HR activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Work in conjunction with executive level HR (Consulting 10+ years of experience executive HR for system & process upgrade).
- Maintain manuals of system & producer for every department.
- Take first round of interview for new hiring.
- Maintain 8-staps of talent factory building process.
- Maintain organization CORE values.
