Sr. Manager/ Manager (Human Resource & Administration)
To customize and facilitate end to end HR/IR/ADMIN functions at Plant

Job requirement
• MBA (HR) / MLW / Post Graduation in HR and IR.
• Around 15-17 years related work experience as HR and IR in Manufacturing Plant.
• Age – 35 to 40 years
• Gender – Male / Female
• Languages Known – Hindi , English , Gujarati
• Sound knowledge of HR and IR.
• Exposer in Plant HR Profile
Salary CTC :
• Rs. 14 to 16 lac per annum. Higher CTC can be considered for deserving candidates.
• No compete, Intellectual and industrial property rights and Confidentiality of information and Duty of confidentiality clauses are applicable while appointment.
Place in organisation :
• Manager position reports to GM - HR.
• Based at Head Office, Ahmedabad.
