Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance overall performance.

2. Provide advice on HR policies, organizational design, and employee development to ensure alignment with company goals.

3. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent and build a diverse, skilled workforce.

4. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

5. Lead learning initiatives, promoting continuous development and organizational growth.

6. Ensure adherence to labor laws and manage HR-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Education:- Masters degree in Human Resources Management.

Experience:- Minimum of 5-7 years as a HR Manager.

Skills:-

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of employees and leadership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
