Role And Responsibilities

• Screening and reviewing CVs of potential candidates.
• Posting job openings on relevant platforms.
• Sorting candidate applications based on their qualifications and expertise.
• Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Managing employee attendance records.
• Assisting with salary and benefits administration.
• Handling employee discipline and grievance processes.
Candidate Qualifications
