Role And Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Intern at WebSenor, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Updating the internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Screening and reviewing CVs of potential candidates.
• Posting job openings on relevant platforms.
• Sorting candidate applications based on their qualifications and expertise.
• Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Managing employee attendance records.
• Assisting with salary and benefits administration.
• Handling employee discipline and grievance processes.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this HR internship, you should have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
