Role And Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Intern at WebSenor, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Updating the internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Screening and reviewing CVs of potential candidates.
Posting job openings on relevant platforms.
Sorting candidate applications based on their qualifications and expertise.
Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Managing employee attendance records.
Assisting with salary and benefits administration.
Handling employee discipline and grievance processes.
Candidate Qualifications
