Position: HR Executive Talent Acquisition

Qualification: MBA/BBA

Experience: 1-3 Years

Responsibilities:

Preparing the Job Descriptions as per the requirements

Posting the Jobs on different job boards

Screening, Shortlisting & Calling the Candidates

Sending the Assessments & other required Tasks to the candidates given by seniors

Conducting Telephonic & Initial round of Interviews

Following up on the feedbacks

Follow-up till joining once candidate selected

Completing the Joining formalities

Handling other HR Operations whenever required

Requirements & Skills:

Must have good communication skills.

Previous experience in Recruitment only can apply.

Must have knowledge of the Recruitment process and practices.
