Experience: 0-6 months (Previous Company’s document required for relevant experienced)

Candidate Residency: Only from Chennai and suburbs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition

• Talent Pooling & Sourcing of Profiles/Resumes/CVs

• Conducting HR Interview Rounds for IT roles

• Conducting Practical Interview Rounds for IT roles

• Candidate Database Maintenance & Updation

• Interview Scheduling & Follow-Ups

• Candidate Evaluation & Selection

• Building a Strategic Recruitment Network for the Organization

• Recruitment Portal Operation (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Hirect, etc)

• Role-Requirements Mapping

• Successful Vacancy Closure/Closing

• General Talent Acquisition Activities
