Talent Acquisition

Talent Pooling & Sourcing of Profiles/Resumes/CVs

Conducting HR Interview Rounds for IT roles

Conducting Practical Interview Rounds for IT roles

Candidate Database Maintenance & Updation

Interview Scheduling & Follow-Ups

Candidate Evaluation & Selection

Building a Strategic Recruitment Network for the Organization

Recruitment Portal Operation (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Hirect, etc)

Role-Requirements Mapping

Successful Vacancy Closure/Closing

General Talent Acquisition Activities
