We are seeking an experienced and professional Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR functions for the company. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of employees.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage the recruitment and hiring process
Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding
Develop and implement employee training programs
Manage employee performance evaluations and reviews
Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of HR management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
