Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your duties as a Human Resources Manager will include job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and talent management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Oversee and manage a performance appreciation system that drives high performance.

Nurture a positive working environment.
