Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing office staff, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Management and Coordination:
Oversee office staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
Provide guidance and support to employees to achieve individual and team goals.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
2. Salary and Payroll Management:
Manage employee salaries, leaves, and benefits in coordination with the accounts department.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and salary disbursements.
3. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Conduct interviews for new employees and assess their suitability for various roles.
Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating with current staff to integrate new employees effectively.
4. Employee Development and Engagement:
Organize training programs and workshops for skill development and team building.
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
5. HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals and legal requirements.
Support leadership in planning and executing HR strategies for organizational growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor��s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
