Position Overview:

The Senior Manager - HRBP at Waaree Energies Limited will serve as a strategic partner to the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can lead key HR functions, drive talent management strategies, and foster a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

Employee Relations Management: Address complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers in conflict resolution and performance management.

Talent Management & Development: Lead talent acquisition efforts, succession planning, and employee development programs to ensure a high-performing workforce.

Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to managers on effective performance management techniques.

Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies in accordance with legal standards and best practices; ensure compliance across all departments.

Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, facilitating communication and engagement throughout the process.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions regarding workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement.

Risk Management: Identify potential HR risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while meeting organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: A master’s de, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred.

Experience: 7-15 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic HRBP roles; experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
