Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

As the Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition function. Your focus will be on developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet our organization's hiring needs. Working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders, you will drive the recruitment process, foster strong partnerships with external partners, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in attracting top talent and building a talented team that drives our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with our business objectives and workforce requirements.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving recruitment excellence.

3. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and proactively plan recruitment efforts.

4. Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent, ensuring we are viewed as an employer of choice.

5. Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process to streamline candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.

6. Candidate Sourcing: Oversee candidate sourcing activities, leveraging various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

7. Interviewing and Selection: Train and guide hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and selection criteria.

8. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.

9. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
