Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen applications, and conduct interviews specifically for fitness trainers, wellness coaches, and other fitness-related roles.

Organize and manage orientation programs for new employees, including training on fitness equipment, safety protocols, and company policies.

Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace culture that promotes health and wellness.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
