Purpose of the AM HR role:
As a face of the organization, job opportunity involves attracting, hiring, engaging & retaining candidates sourced through campus recruitment.
As a AM HR, you are expected to:
1. Plan campus recruitment activities as per the assigned targets by reaching out to the colleges, including pre-placement talks, assessment, screening & interviewing and issuing offer letters to the selected candidates.
2. Engage selected candidates through a series of activities to ensure effective hire to join ratio.
3. Plan onboarding sessions, taking active part in training & soft-skills sessions and improving their performance during the training through counselling sessions and planned activities.
4. Engaging candidates for 90 days post completion of their training thereby ensuring hire to retain cycle.
To be successful in the AM-HR role you are required to have:
1. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
2. Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in MS office, power point and data management.
Must to have Attitude:
Qualification:
Must have an MBA/PGDM.
Preference will be given to candidates with Science background.
Experience:
3-5 Years of experience in Campus Recruitment for Technical/Non-Technical profiles.
